9 Part Series: How to Build an Incredible Batman Arkham Suit
What defines a hero? Dictionary.com defines a hero as “a person who, in the opinion of others, has special achievements, abilities, or personal qualities and is regarded as a role model or ideal.” If we go by this definition then as cosplayers we see heroes all the time. In this hobby, we consistently meet people who poured so much passion into their project that their cosplay can be described as nothing less than spectacular. These cosplayers not only amaze us with their work but also inspire us.
We first came across Xieng Production while researching how to make the chest plate for Batman. His method for creating each of the muscle pieces hooked us. Not only was the video well edited and easy to follow, but it also had so much detail that we couldn’t help but take notes. What was more astounding was that the chest armor was only part one of a nine part series that builds an entire Batman Arkham suit from scratch. Watching the whole series, we learned way more than we originally intended to.
Instructive videos are treasures and this one is worth sharing. The amount of effort put into not only making the cosplay but recording and editing paid off. Anyone that wants to cosplay Batman would find this to be an incredibly useful resource, and to them Xieng Production is definitely a hero.
